Rollforming machine for SIDING PANELS


  • Complete fully automatic width adjustable for siding profiles 200–400 mm wide.
  • All profile dimensions can be infinitely adjusted within the max and min values.
The basic scope of equipment will be provided with the cutting tool for the width of 200, 300 and 400 mm, other widths can be ordered additionally. Essentially the line consists of a decoiler with a coil loading device, straightener, notching machine, micro waving, width adjustable siding former, flying-shearing machine and run-out roller conveyor. Forming rolls are hard-chrome plated.
