Accuracy and precision for high profiles up to 160 mm enables weight savings on secondary steel construction due to higher load bearing capacity fully automated fast production, computer controlled Rollforming machine for the automatic production of trapezoidal and similar profiles up to 160 mm height. According to the requirements it can process coil widths up to 1.500 mm. This equipment is optionally available either as a pre-cut – type (the sheet will be cut to the required length before being profiled) or as an after-cut type (the ready profile will be cut by the Flying-Shearing machine to the required length after the profiling process). It can be also chosen between the single-type (for one profile type only) and multi-(cassette) type line (for production of different profile types replacing cassettes with different roll-forming units).

You can use these profiles for self-supporting arches up to a free span of 25 m depending on profile height, sheet thickness and single/double layers.
LEGATO – TWIN TASK machine
Combined rollforming and curving machine for trapezoidal profiles, with a height up to 125 mm. enables to produce straight as well as buckle-free curved elements in a single operation through a sheet piling device the production of the curved profiles is very user-friendly and without physical strain for the operator the integrated punch automatically makes the required holes for the assembling during the manufacturing process In this way a ready-for-assembly element can be manufactured in a single operation. Further more, the machine also allows customers to avoid an intermediate storage of curved elements through so called just-in-time production. A fully-automatic stacking unit for straight profiles is optionally available.
