The RBB is the new entry-level model into the world of bending tubes and shapes. With the four-roll technology and a PLC that enables bending and re-bending, sheet metal tubes can be produced, which can then be welded on longitudinal seam welding machines with a laser or TIG.
Infinitely variable motors ensure feed and bending angle. The sheet thickness is set using pneumatic cylinders. The backgauge for bending is fixed. Control panel with a PLC control and touch screen.
Bending rolls are made of high-strength material and can be hardened or ground at the customers request.
