Clinox Surface is the ideal solution for the instant ecological treatment of TIG, TIG welds with material addition, MIG / MAG, Mig Pulsed Arc, laser, resistance, orbital, plasma and for cleaning large surfaces. The advanced technology of Clinox Surface , through an instant electrochemical reaction, guarantees the pickling, passivation and polishing of any weld on stainless steel, regardless of the surface finish, without wasting time, without streaks and in total safety of the operator.
Clinox Surface , the professional system designed for companies working on large surfaces, is the only machine equipped with: large patented torch with automatic electrolyte delivery, puff of vapors, rapid exchange of accessory inserts; tank with level indicator for the pickling solution, automatic pump for dosing the liquid, patented second torch with built-in manual dosing tank capable of working simultaneously with the large torch, thus doubling productivity, brush to reach less accessible points more comfortably.
But thats not all: with a 10 centimeter insert and a 6 meter cable Clinox Surface allows you to work directly on surfaces. Furthermore, through the appropriate output and the great power of its inverter, it is possible to connect a brush tool to the Clinox Surface for the treatment of large surfaces, such as silos in the agri-food or wine industry.
Furthermore , Clinox Surface , like other machines of the Clinox line, also allows black marking and clear marking (localized EDM) on stainless steel.
