E-Polishing Box is the innovative pickling and electro-polishing tray developed by Nitty-Gritty to meet the needs of those who need to clean and polish small elements with complex geometry such as, for example, screws or springs.
Taking advantage of the inverter technology that Nitty-Gritty applies on all its machines, a technology that allows you to control the current by passivating every surface in the best way, E-Polishing Box allows the pickling and polishing bath of stainless steel parts through an electrochemical reaction. controlled by a special patented electrode that increases the processing speed up to 3 times compared to traditional polishing baths performed with traditional electrodes.
E-Polishing Box is available in two versions, one of 3 liters and the other of 6 liters of capacity, and can be connected to all machines of the Clinox line (for the 6 liter version it is recommended to use Clinox Power or Surface).
