RFZ manual / motorized
Whether inside, outside or center fold - this machine is the ideal solution for quickly closing various types of pipe folds.
The RFZ consists of a robust and stable steel construction. All drive elements in the pressure head are on roller bearings and can be easily adjusted using a handwheel. The upper pressure roller is infeed manually via a spindle.
Flat guides have little play and are adjustable.
A round guide mandrel is a standard part of the machine. A square mandrel can also be produced on request.
The pinch rollers are made of hardened steel. The standard equipment includes a set of pinch rollers, whereby you can choose between inner, middle or outer case.
The guide mandrel and the folding rollers can be changed quickly and easily.
The machine is driven manually using a crank or a single-stage electric motor.
The smaller machines (RFZH 4 + RFZH 8) are to be attached with a wall bracket, the larger ones (RFZH 12 - RFZ 15) are mounted on a base.
