Two-roll round bending machine RBAZ
the automatic round bending machine (RBAZ) enables fast and high-precision tube production for industrial needs.
The RBAZ is our high-end product in the pipe manufacturing sector. Accuracy and speed, the RBAZ combines these features and fits into every modern pipe production with the highest demands. Whether manual loading and unloading, or complete integration into a fully automatic pipe production line. Both scenarios can be covered by the RBAZ. Thanks to the modern PLC, not only can programs be saved, but communication with other systems can also be established.
Furthermore, the RBAZ has a stepless drive and stepless sheet metal clamping. Operation is via touchscreen with PLC control for the set-up and automatic processes. The program memory has space for 200 programs, each with up to 40 bending steps. Password protection for data, parameters and service is also available.
The top roller is made of high-strength and, on request, hardened material and can also be sanded on request.
The lower roller is made of special high-strength polyurethane.
