Multi Mark
Thanks to a special patenting process, Multi Mark is the first machine in the world capable of marking in black on aluminum.
The Multi Mark marking system - with inverter technology and touch panel - through an instant electrochemical reaction, at decidedly low costs compared to laser and screen printing systems, guarantees a high quality of marking definition on surfaces such as: stainless steel, galvanized steel , chromed steel, carbon steel, chromed plastic, copper and titanium alloys. There are two types of marking possible thanks to Multi Mark : black marking and light marking (localized EDM). For Titanium surfaces it is possible to choose the marking among three different colors.
The strengths of the Multi Mark electrochemical marking system are: mechanical and chemical resistance superior to laser and screen printing systems; speed, corrosion resistance: the marked part is more resistant than base metal (tests available on request); no heat input and the guarantee of being able to make large logos and brands even on thin thicknesses without risking deformations; quality of the details comparable to the definition obtained with the laser; maximum flexibility with the possibility of using multipurpose nets or producing disposable nets thanks to the printer kit.
The high stability of the markings and the total absence of solvents, acids and dangerous substances allows the machine to be used also in the food, medical and pharmaceutical sectors (ion release and release tests available on request).
